Bishop Reginald B. Kellam
Ministerial and visionary, business entrepreneur and a Spiritual Shepherd for many around the world. Dr. Reginald B. Kellam began preaching at the age of 27 and his tenure of Preaching and Pastoring is for over 27 plus years. In 1995 was ordained by the High Point Missionary Baptist Association.
He later furthers his education where he attended Shaw University in Raleigh, NC and Bethlehem Bible College. Then Richmond Virginia seminar and earned a Doctor of Divinity Degree. Pastoral Care Training, Leadership Education, Christian, and Youth Development Training at Evangel Word Fellowship Institution, Greensboro, NC where he served under his Pastor, the late Bishop Otis Lockett, until his death.

Served as a Professor at Grace Hill Bible College. Also, a board member of the 3rd precinct for the Democratic Party for voting. Presently, serving on the board of Regents of Christian Bible College and Theological Seminary in Montgomery Alabama. He is currently serving with Unity Way in the city of High Point, North Carolina. He serves on the board for the Community Investment Committee for the city of High Point.

He was a frequent personality of Ask the Pastor, which broadcasts on television. Reginald Kellam is the founder of the SBC Food Bank and Clothing Closet. This organization fed and clothed the homeless. The SBC center also had an after-school program that fostered Continuing Ed for kids as well as provided recreation in the school and gym that the organization was able to purchase.

Dr. Reginald Kellam serves as the Senior Pastor of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, High Point, NC. The most innovative and progressive ministry in the city where he is building and establishing a ministry to empower the members and impact the community. In 2019, he was blessed to publish his book titled, 20 Ways to Step into Your Moment. He also served as the 2nd Vice Moderator of the Guilford Educational Missionary Baptist Association (GEMBA). Consecrated as Bishop in the Lord's Church. Also, the founder and presiding prelate of Kingdom Builders Unity Fellowship. Where he serves as a spiritual father, covering, and mentor for Pastors, Churches, and Leaders.

He is married to the lovely Shelby Kellam of 28 blessed years and is one of the CEOs of Head 2 Toe Apparel Boutique, Salon and Custom Designs by A to Z. She is the author of As Above So is Below. With such compassion for ministry to be an example to men for today’s 21st-century church. Dr. Kellam pushes strongly to focus not only on his leadership abilities but also on the professional entrepreneur, husband, father, Pastor and spiritual mentor that he is as well.

His ministry transcends racial barriers and denominations throughout the United States. Where God has gifted him to be able to build and strengthen other Pastors as well. For he is truly a Pastors, Pastor for the advancement of the kingdom that had afforded him to preach and teach nationally.
His favorite scripture is found in 1 Corinthians 2:9 But it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
First Lady Shelby Kellam
Lady Shelby Kellam is a native of Greensboro, NC. This blessed woman of God developed a passion for God and has been a true gift to the body of Christ since she was a young lady. She began serving at an early age when she identified and answered the call that was upon her life in 2007. Ordained in 2010, as a Minister. She has served in various capacities and fulfilled many leadership roles including executive administrator and assistant pastor. Her labor in the vineyard has helped to birth other ministry gifts that have made her the woman that she is today.
Her ministry transcends racial barriers and denominations throughout the United States. The evangelistic call on her life has afforded her opportunities to minister nationally. Lady Kellam has utilized her ministry gifts to many ministries to provide leadership training, facilitate workshops, organize, lead missions’ groups, and preaching that lead to the saving of many souls through the great teaching of the late Bishop Otis Lockett and her first Lady Barbara Lockett of Evangel fellowship, NC. Also, her remarkable leadership skills were vital in the birthing of a new ministry in Asheboro. Known for her powerful, life-changing, prophetic messages wrapped in grace and elegance. Her cutting-edge ministry has brought salvation, healing, deliverance and supernatural wholeness to many.

Lady Kellam is a graduate of the AIU with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. In 1996, Lady Kellam’s strength became greater as she joined forces with her husband, Dr. Reginald B. Kellam. She has been serving alongside her husband in the ministry for over 27 years. In 2015, where her husband divinely answered the call of pastorship to the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, in the city of High Point, NC. The most innovative and progressive ministry in the city. Together their hands have been busy building and strengthening the kingdom for 21st-century ministry. Her passion has led her to publish the outstanding book titled, As Above So is Below. In the same year, they birthed and empowered several different ministries focused on enhancing church bodies through hands-on training and workshops in the areas of lay ministry, church order, and administration, the spirit of excellence, music ministry, and Christian education.

She is boldly fulfilling the mandate on her life to be an empowering and uncompromising voice in the Body of Christ. She is the fearless leader of the Women’s Ministry at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, which ministers to several women in the local ministry as well as the community with women’s fellowships, Bible studies, Annual Women’s Conferences and Women’s Retreats. Lady Kellam is one of the CEO of Head 2 Toe Boutique, a premier fashion and wardrobe consulting business that specializes in upscale apparel, custom clothing, and accessories. With such passion to be an example to women today, Lady Kellam pushes strongly to focus not only on her evangelistic word but also on the professional entrepreneur, wife, mother, and First Lady and spiritual mentor that she is as well.
Her favorite scripture is found in Isaiah 60:1 Arise, Shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon thee. She believes that with God all things are possible.
